Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Prints N Plains

At Prints N Plains, we want you to have a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. That’s why we offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Products must be in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Items must pass a quality inspection during reverse pickup.
  • Exchange can be initiated only once per product and is subject to stock availability.
  • We highly recommend recording a video while unboxing your order. This serves as proof in case of missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Products purchased under clearance sale, pack of 2 and pack of 3 , exclusive discounts, brand collaborations, or free product campaigns are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • We accept 7 days return from the date of delivery.
  • All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed and delivered within 15 business working days.

2. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

  • We offer free reverse pickup service (up to 2 attempts per order).
  • If your pincode is not serviceable, you can self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse.
  • Please ensure secure packaging with Order ID and registered mobile number mentioned.

  • For self-shipping, share the courier tracking docket with our team.
  • Refund for self-shipping: Product cost + up to ₹100 courier charges (credited to your bank account). We recommend using India Post (Speed Post) for reliability.

3. Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders

  • Refund can be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are initiated within 24-48 hours after product passes quality check.
  • If the refund is approved, it will take take 7-10 working days to credit in you account.

COD Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be credited to your UPI.
  • Credits are valid for 12 months and can be used for future purchases.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified (address, size, or product) before dispatch only.
  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email for quick assistance.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, used, missing-tags, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos or unboxing video.
  • We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.
  • If the parcel is torn, empty, or tampered with, please do not accept it and notify us immediately.

6. Important Terms & Conditions

  • Customers must ensure products are handled with care until pickup.
  • Color variations may occur due to different screen resolutions.
  • For COD orders, a ₹50 cash handling fee applies. Prepaid orders have no extra charges.
  • For third-party payment offers/cashbacks, please check directly with the payment provider.

7. Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping available on prepad orders.
  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped from Solapur, Maharashtra.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Metro cities: 1-5 days after dispatch
    • Other regions: 5-9 days after dispatch
